Cancellation Policy

Reverie Skin Lab Appointment Policy Welcome to Reverie Skin Lab! We strive to provide you with the best experience, and to ensure smooth operations, we have a few policies regarding appointments that we kindly ask you to follow: Booking and Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your appointment. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment one time, provided you do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule a second time, you will need to rebook and pay a new deposit. Late Arrivals, Cancellations, and No-Shows: Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. No-showing two appointments will result in a ban from future bookings. Payment of Fees: If the cancellation fee cannot be charged to the card on file, you will not be able to rebook until the fee is paid. If at any time we feel threatened, uncomfortable, or unwilling to provide the treatment, we have the right to refuse the service & ask you to leave at any time. The cancelation fee will applied to the card you have on file! It's important to keep these policies in mind when booking, as it ensures that the studio can keep their schedule running smoothly and efficiently.
