Reverie Skin Lab is a boutique beauty and wellness collective located in the heart of Downtown London, KY. Home to Jayca Miller, Licensed Esthetician and Owner, along with Gabby Getz Massage Therapy and Nails by Danielle, we offer expert brow services, face and body waxing, massage therapy, and nail services-all under one roof. Located in a beautifully restored historic downtown building, RSL was created to be a welcoming destination for elevated self-care, beauty, and relaxation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reverie Skin Lab Appointment Policy Welcome to Reverie Skin Lab! We strive to provide you with the best experience, and to ensure smooth operations, we have a few policies regarding appointments that we kindly ask you to follow: Booking and Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your appointment. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment one time, provided you do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule a second time, you will need to rebook and pay a new deposit. Late Arrivals, Cancellations, and No-Shows: Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. No-showing two appointments will result in a ban from future bookings. Payment of Fees: If the cancellation fee cannot be charged to the card on file, you will not be able to rebook until the fee is paid. If at any time we feel threatened, uncomfortable, or unwilling to provide the treatment, we have the right to refuse the service & ask you to leave at any time. The cancelation fee will applied to the card you have on file! It's important to keep these policies in mind when booking, as it ensures that the studio can keep their schedule running smoothly and efficiently. If you have any questions or concerns about the cancellation or rescheduling policy, don't hesitate to reach out to the studio for clarification. You can reach us via email, call/text, social media, or go to Gloss Genius directly through your email to reschedule/cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid the cancelation fee.

Hi, I’m Jayca! I’m a Licensed Esthetician and the owner of Reverie Skin Lab. I specialize in brows, face & body waxing, as well as helping my clients feel confident in their own skin. My goal is to provide exceptional results in a welcoming space where self-care feels both relaxing and empowering.

I’m Gabby Getz, owner of Gabby Getz Massage Therapy LLC. I am a medical massage therapist who specializes in therapeutic and deep tissue massage to help relieve chronic pain, muscle tension, injuries, and mobility restrictions, while supporting long-term muscle health and recovery. I also offer Swedish and prenatal massage not only for relaxation, but to help reduce stress, improve circulation, ease muscle discomfort, and promote overall wellness and body balance. Each session is customized to meet your individual needs and goals. I provide add-ons such as cupping therapy, which helps increase blood flow, release deep muscle and fascial restrictions, and promote faster healing, as well as hot stone therapy, which helps relax tight muscles, improve circulation, and enhance overall therapeutic results. Each session includes hot towel(s), use of a percussion massage gun, and some myoskeletal alignment techniques during certain sessions when needed to help restore proper movement and balance.
